Week 6 Final Reflection
We closed out our Affirm Wellness: Elevate Your Mindset Book Club Series reading Scared Rest by by creating a Rest Manifesto and reflecting on what we’ve learned. This journey reminded us that rest is deeper than sleep, it’s emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, creative, social, environmental and more.
What’s one commitment you’re making to yourself around rest and wellness?

Healing was never meant to happen in isolation. 💚
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind you that support matters, community matters, and you do not have to carry everything on your own.
So many people are silently holding it all together while feeling overwhelmed underneath. If someone comes to mind while reading this, send this post to them. That small reminder that they are not alone could mean more than you realize.
Healing begins in community, and we are here when you are ready.

Your Vision Box Workbook is not just about setting goals… it is about making space to reflect, reset, and realign with the vision you are building for yourself.
Take a few quiet minutes today to check in with you:
What worked? What challenged you? What are you carrying into the new week, and what are you leaving behind?
Growth happens in the reflection too, not just the hustle.
How are you feeling as this week comes to an end? Tell us in the comment section
Your body has been trying to tell you something. The question is, have you been listening? 👀
We sat down for a real conversation about what stress actually does to us and what it’s trying to reveal when it shows up in our bodies. This one might make you pause and rethink some things.
Season 2 is giving us everything. Go watch this one all the way through. 🎙️

Week 5 of Elevate Your Mind had us sitting with something real - spiritual rest. 🤍
If you missed the video, go check it out, then come back to this.
Spiritual rest isn’t about doing more, it’s about returning to yourself. It’s the prayer you say when you’re overwhelmed, the quiet morning before the world asks anything of you, the walk in nature that slows your breathing, the moment you choose to let go instead of push through. It’s whatever reconnects you to your purpose, your values, and what keeps you grounded.
This weekend, try one of these:
📖 Journal prompt, “What has been draining me lately, and what truly restores me?”
📚 Pick up a book that feeds your spirit, not just your mind. Even 10 pages counts.
If you’ve been feeling drained in a way that sleep can’t fix, this might be what you need.
And since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to hear from you. Drop a comment below sharing one thing you did this week for your mental health, no matter how small. Every step counts. 💙
Week 5 of the Affirm Wellness: Elevate Your Mindset Book Club centered on spiritual rest creating space to reconnect with who you are beyond your roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
We explored what it looks like to pause, reflect, and realign with purpose, values, and inner peace. Spiritual rest isn’t about religion it’s about connection, clarity, and feeling grounded in your life.
During our session, we took time to slow down through reflection and a guided moment of stillness to help reset mentally and emotionally.
This week was a reminder that sometimes the rest we need most is the kind that reconnects us to ourselves.
Where do you need to realign and reconnect this week?

This one is for every person who gives generously and forgets to give that same energy back to themselves.
Pouring into yourself is not selfish. It is necessary. And it is something you deserve to do with the same care and intention you give to everyone else.
This new week, pour back into yourself. Take a walk, spend some time journaling or doing what makes your mind feel at peace.
Share with someone who needs to hear. And comment how you are starting the week with care!
