We were trying to get some delicious Iberico ham in for our bocadillo but unfortunately there were issues with our shipment so we won’t be able to do our final stop in Spain tomorrow. We do still plan on getting some in and will keep you posted on a future bocadillo special.

The Carrozza! Today Only, See you soon!

This week on our sandwich world tour we are going to Italy a few weeks late for the Olympics, but just in time for a delicious sandwich. It’s the Carrozza, also called mozzarella in Carrozza, which means mozzarella in a carriage. It’s two slices of bread stuffed with fresh mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and a pesto spread. The whole sandwich is then dipped in egg, then tossed in panko crumbs and finally deep-fried for a crispy, gooey, delicious mozzarella sandwich. Available Wednesday while supplies last!
