All I can say is WOW!! All these images were shot with my new 70-200mm f2.8 z, and it is simply amazing. It opens up so much more in terms of creativity and being able to get the most out of the environment. I didn’t realize how hindered I was running a 24-70 f2.8 and the 100-500 f4 in these situations. Definitely going to get a lot of use out of it. With that said, Big Bertha (400 mm f2.8 prime) is a powerhouse trackside. If I had to choose 1 for Motorsport it would be the 400 mil.

Sebring … Respect the Bumps Edition.

The devil is in the details. I love a good on-track shot, but the real magic lives in the light and shadows around the paddock. That’s where the mood settles in and the images turn into something a little more mysterious, a little more art.
