In Honor of Deputy Doyle Fugate
Deputy Doyle Fugate’s patrol car has been placed in front of the Sheriff’s Office as a tribute to a man who meant so much to our department and community.
For anyone in the community who would like to stop by, pay their respects, or simply take a moment to honor Doyle’s memory, you are welcome to do so. Whether through a prayer, a memory, or just a quiet moment, we know it would mean so much to recognize the impact he had on so many lives.
Doyle was more than an deputy — he was a friend, a smiling face, and a true pillar of this community. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Beth Harris and her Amazon team for their generous donation of stuffed animals. These comfort items will be placed in patrol cars, dispatch, and EMS units to help provide reassurance and comfort to children facing difficult, stressful, or traumatic situations. Your kindness and generosity will make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many children during challenging moments. Thank you for supporting our community in such a thoughtful way.

This job can be challenging, and knowing that we are thought of and appreciated makes a lasting impact on each of us. It reminds us why we do what we do and how fortunate we are to serve such caring people.
