This might have been my favorite part of the entire Homecoming Parade. 💙
The truck carrying members of the Homecoming Court died right in the middle of the parade, and without hesitation, people from our community jumped in and started pushing. They kept them moving until they could get the truck restarted.
It wasn’t planned. It wasn’t picture perfect. But honestly, I think that’s what made it so special.
THIS is what community is all about. Showing up. Stepping in. Helping when help is needed. Supporting our kids and supporting each other.
Sometimes the best moments are the ones that weren’t supposed to happen. 💙🏈

Spent the day working on jewelry, and I had to give y’all a peek at some of my new Navajo pearl strands. 😍 These beauties are sourced out of Arizona from a Native-owned business, and I’m so excited to have them!
Took a little break to watch Practical Magic 2 with my momma — HIGHLY recommend. ✨ Then it was back to my jewelry table.

A Saturday “off” at Eighter Jewelry Co. apparently means… still working. 😂
When I first started carrying Navajo pearls, I ordered all kinds of random sizes because I truly had no idea what I was doing. So today’s project: cutting them all off their original wire and re-beading them into the sizes I actually need. 🙃
And once I finish this little labor of love, I’m moving on to TWO-TONE gold + silver. 😍 It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had those in stock, and I’m so excited to bring them back!
