To all my family, friends and supporters, thank you from the bottom of my heart for following and supporting me on this journey. It means more then you will ever know. The results we got tonight was not the one we were hoping for but we will continue to move forward.
Congratulations to the winners on their success. I wish them nothing but the best as they move forward. I learned a lot over the 6 months and will use that knowledge to continue to help grow Adams County.

With Election Day tomorrow, if you know someone that could use a ride to a polling location. Have them call today to schedule that ride. The Adams County Clerks office along with Adams County Transit have set aside $1,000 worth of free rides for Adams County residents to be able to cast their vote. Help me spread the word. Also I greatly appreciate your support on Tuesday May 7th.

Good Afternoon, this is a friendly reminder that early voting is currently going on as we speak. If you can’t make it to the polls on Election Day there are several dates, times and locations where you can vote early. I will put a picture in the comment listing those items. Again I would greatly appreciate your support during this Republican primary. Election Day is Tuesday May 7th.

What a great way to start the day. It was amazing to be able to reconnect with so many Adams County families this morning and also be able to support the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department. Looking forward to your support on May 7th for the Indiana Primary Election.

What a busy day yesterday but such a wonderful experience connecting with so many of our Adams County residents. Started with volunteering time with the Preble volunteer fire dept at their annual breakfast, followed by a wonderful opportunity to hear from one of the candidates for Governor, Mr. Chambers. Then I finished the day at the Adams County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited where I had the pleasure of bumping into an Adams County legend…You might recognize him better during the month of December.

It was a privilege to be able to talk with some of our local farmers at the annual Adams County Farm Bureau and Soil and Water Conservation District meeting. Agriculture is the backbone of Adams County and I will always be a supporter.

BERTSCH ANNOUNCES CAMPAIGN FOR ADAMS COUNTY COUNCIL AT LARGE
AJ Bertsch recently filed at the Adams County Clerk’s office to run for Adams County Council At-Large. Serving Adams County has always been a priority to Bertsch as he has served over 20 years through emergency services. At the age of 19, Bertsch joined the Preble Volunteer Fire Department and served there for nine years before moving to the Decatur Fire Department where he continued his fire and EMS service for additional five. He has dedicated 15 years to the Monroe Police Department and continues to serve as the current Town Marshal. As the town Marshal, Bertsch works with the town board dealing with budget and safety issues. As an adolescent, AJ actively participated in community programs in Adams County such as 4-H, FFA, and Boy Scouts of America, where he was able to achieve the prestigious award of Eagle Scout. Recognizing the importance of these programs, as an adult he has volunteered his time in continued support. AJ Bertsch believes that Adams County is a great place to raise a family and wants to insure that it continues to be for generations to come.
“Now is the time to take challenges head on. Over the last 10 years the residents of Adams County has seen increases to their property taxes faster than any other county around. Simultaneously, the county budget has increase by over 100%. I believe there are common sense reforms that will keep income and property tax money in the pockets of the tax payer while maintaining the excellent services that are provided by our county government.
