Your health matters, and our community is stronger when we care for one another. We invite you to attend the 1st Annual Community Health Fair hosted by The Bridge at Austin Community Center in partnership with DeKalb Public Health.

Come receive free health screenings, helpful information, and resources designed to support your overall well being.

Screenings and information will include
• Blood pressure
• Diabetes awareness
• Women’s health
• Behavioral health
• Vaccine preventable diseases
