There are truly no words to describe the loss we’re feeling this week. John’s heart for this gym and the people in it built this community into what it is today. His energy, encouragement, and passion for helping others will continue to shape who we are and how we move forward.

John had a gift for knowing exactly what to say and how to push just enough to bring out the best in everyone. He believed in people before they believed in themselves and because of that, so many of us discovered a strength we didn’t know we had.

We’ll continue to honor John by carrying that same spirit-showing up with heart, lifting each other up, and pushing a little harder every day. His legacy will always live on within these walls and within each of us in all the days to come.
