Limestone pavers, iron railings, arched screened porch doors, copper lanterns, fabric awnings, and new plantings have elevated this courtyard into something truly special!
These stunning metal windows were imported specifically for this project, creating a dramatic statement while flooding the space with natural light.

Our clients came to us with two goals: They wanted a pool for exercise—a true lap pool they could swim in every day. They wanted to bring more natural light into their living area that felt dark and disconnected from the yard.
THE SOLUTION: We reimagined the entire back of the home, replacing the old windows with a full steel window wall and doors that open to a Juliet balcony, adding custom striped awnings for shade, and building a 85ft lap pool with bluestone hardscaping that connects the inside to the outside. Now they swim every morning, and their living room is filled with light all day.
