“I came home one day to find the outdoor a/c unit making a loud buzzing sound and the fan wasn't turning. Inside our home, it was 89 degrees. I called Empire Heating and Air Conditioning, and got an appointment for the next day. Not only was Jacoby able to fix our a/c unit that day, but he also showed us that the outlet to the unit wasn't up to code (and was a fire hazard). We were able to get that repair as well in only a matter of days, and with professional and friendly service.
