Adams County Soil and Water Conservation District

Thank you to the Adams County Soil and Water Conservation District for inviting the City of Decatur Stormwater Department to Splash Day this past Tuesday, May 19! Our team had a great time showcasing and demonstrating the camera truck to local Adams County 6th graders. Students learned where stormwater goes, how pollutants can impact our waterways, and how the camera truck works through a nearby storm drain.

Splash Day 2026 was a big hit, with approximately 385 students, teachers and chaperones in attendance!
