Texas heat is here! ☀️🌡️
Between the hot temperatures, high pollen counts, wind, and air conditioning, it’s no surprise so many people are dealing with itchy, watery, and dry eyes.
To help keep your eyes comfortable:
👓 Wear sunglasses outdoors.
💧 Use artificial tears to relieve dryness.
🚰 Stay hydrated.
🙅♀️ Try not to rub your eyes—it can make allergy symptoms worse.
