HOMEOWNER/RESIDENT ALERT!!!
We have had several calls of pipes freezing in homes. Electric heating tape must be operating - Keep a drip in faucets to prevent lines from freezing - Make certain your skirting is intact and no missing panels, cold air under the home is a leading cause of frozen pipes! In the event that your pipes freeze up, do NOT drain your lines and continue to use water, this empties your hot water heater and will burn up the heating element. Please call the office if you have questions, concerns or need assistance.

Fireworks that shoot, explode in the air, or makes a report is prohibited in our community and the city. Sparklers, Novelties, smoke and punk are all that is allowed. Please know that we have your safety and our residents and community welfare in mind. Enjoy your holiday! Community Offices Will Be Closed To Observe The Holiday With Family and Friends.
