I love my small farm very much, but the heat is tough. I usually go out at 7 then go in the house around 11 due to heat and stay in all afternoon then go back out 7:30. Tuesday I was cutting flowers got stung by a big black bee swelled up and turned bright red for 2 days not fun. But on a funny note, I have rescued rabbits and we have fans on them and shade, but it’s still hot so I freeze water bottles put in cages every afternoon yesterday my large adorable rabbit was sitting or half way laying on the bottle, with the look like pure heaven. I praying for cooler temperatures and rain. I know it’s Texas and almost August.
