We want to make other restaurants and businesses in the area aware of a situation that has happen here at El Corral tonight and heard happen in other Food business .
Individual have been entering restaurants claiming they are there to pick up a to-go order. When asked for the customer’s name, they pretend not to know it. As staff members begin listing the names of pending orders, they simply choose one of the names provided and leave with food they never ordered.
Please remind your staff to always ask customers for the name on the order before providing any information, and verify the order details whenever possible.
Let’s look out for one another and help prevent these thefts from happening to other local businesses.
