August housing numbers are in for Decatur and Huntsville. 🏡

Both markets remained active in August. Homes moved quickly, with median days on market down significantly from this time last year, while median sales prices remained slightly higher year over year.

Decatur saw a particularly strong month, with home sales up 8.1% and total sales volume up nearly 20% compared to last year.
