We’re excited to celebrate our incredible CNAs June 8–12 — a week dedicated to honoring the compassion, strength, and heart they bring to our community every day. We can’t wait to show them just how appreciated they truly are.

And as a fun note, June is also National Camping Month! So, get out and explore nature, sleep under the stars, and enjoy some s’mores… just don’t forget the sunscreen and bug spray! ⛺🌲

A big thank you to The Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation, Heritage Place of Decatur, and Renew Home Health for stopping by today! They “jolly trollied” through the facility delivering floats, snacks, and plenty of smiles to our residents.

Our residents loved the special treats and the opportunity to visit with such wonderful community partners. Thank you for helping make today extra sweet! ❤️

We’re proud to highlight one of our favorite programs at Heritage Place of Decatur — our Resident Country Store.
Residents earn “BINGO bucks” through therapy participation, activity involvement, and completing daily brain game packets. These bucks allow them to “shop” for items that brighten their day and reward their efforts.

Every item in the store is donated, and we are deeply thankful for the generosity that keeps this program thriving. If you feel called to give, we warmly welcome donations of items that our residents can enjoy. Drop off Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and let them know it’s for the Country Store!
