I am very excited to present my Fall 2019 Cooking Class Menus. This will be the LAST year for scheduled classes, so sign up early! All classes come with Appetizers, Coffee, Water or Wine, Recipes, Instruction by Demonstration, and Complete Dinner. My friends, Greg Clemons and Margaret Minton, will be back to assist. In order to hold your place in a class, you must send your registration and payment. You may register online at my website www.scrumptiousinc.com with payment through PayPal or by mail, with a check. This assures us a full class. If you are unable to come, you may send someone in your place, as there are no refunds. 1. Thursday, September 19, 2019 – “A Taste of Italy” I love Italian Food! I have spent time in Montepulciano, Italy, and have picked up some great recipes. Italians always start dinner with an Antipasto Tray, Cheeses, Olives and Meats. Then, Capressa Salad (Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil and Balsamic), Eggplant Parmesan, Italian Bread, and Classic Italian Tiramisu.
Time: 6 - 9:00pm - $60.00 per person

2. Thursday, October 24, 2019 – “A Casual Dinner for Friends” This class will begin with a Molded Vegetable Spread, served with wheat crackers, one of our favorites, Brie with a Pecan and Praline topping, a Salad of Spinach with Mango-Ginger Chutney Dressing, Pork Tenderloin with Cinnamon Blueberry Balsamic Sauce, Creamy Gruyère Grits, Broccoli Cornbread, and “yum”, Chocolate Mousse. Time: 6 - 9:00pm - $60.00 per person

3. Thursday, November 7, 2019 – “Holiday Feast #1” Always a Favorite! For Appetizers, Hot Corn Dip with Chips, and Olive Spread with Crostini, Easy Caesar Salad, Beef Tenderloin served with Horseradish Sauce, White Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, French Bread, and Flaming Cherries Jubilee served over Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Time: 6 - 9:00pm - $65.00 per person

4. Thursday, November 21, 2019 – “Holiday Feast #2” Always a Favorite! For Appetizers, Hot Corn Dip with Chips, and Olive Spread with Crostini, Easy Caesar Salad, Beef Tenderloin served with Horseradish Sauce, White Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, French Bread, and Flaming Cherries Jubilee served over Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Time: 6 - 9:00pm - $65.00 per person

1. Thursday, September 20, 2018 - "Over For Brunch" Join us for a Scrumptious Brunch! Orange Blush (non-alcoholic) or Mimosas, with Cheese Biscuits, Fruit Salad with a Mango Cream Dressing, Italian Cheese and Vegetable Strata, Creamy Swiss Grits and Cream Drop Biscuits with Strawberry Butter.
Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm - $48.00 per person

2. Thursday, September 27, 2018 - "An Elegant Dinner for Friends" This class will begin with a yummy Spinach Dip, Pear and Mesclun Salad with Candied Almonds, Rack of Lamb with Parsley Pesto, Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Corn and Saffron, Asparagus with Orange and Cashews, Five Grain Bread, and Raspberry Creme Brulee'. Time: 6-9:00pm - $55.00 per person

3. Thursday, October 4, 2018 - "A Special Occasion Dinner" Join us for Strawberry Spinach Salad, Lump Crab Cakes with Mango Pineapple Salsa, Smashed Potatoes with Bacon and Parsley, Roasted Asparagus with a Balsamic Glaze, Sweet Corn Spoonbread, and Bread Pudding with a Brandy Sauce.
Time: 6-9:00pm - $55.oo per person

4. Thursday, October 25, 2018 - "A Taste of Italy" I love Italian Food! I have spent time in Montepulciano, Italy, and picked up some great recipes.
