Progress City USA is an outdoor convention center located in Decatur, Illinois, adjacent to Richland
Richland Community College is home to Progress City USA, which is the Midwest’s premier outdoor convention facility. The state-of-the-art site encompasses over 80 acres of exhibit space which features 28,000 square feet of indoor exhibition space spread across six buildings.
Did you know the first lawn mower was invented in 1830? Lawn mowers have come a long way since then! The Woods Batwing is our go-to machine for keeping Progress City, home of the 2017 Farm Progress Show, in pristine condition.

Did you know that Richland Community College is home to the nation's largest outdoor farm event - the Farm Progress Show? We're using the Woods Batwing to get our site ready for more than 100,000 attendees.

Exciting day here at Progress City, the first tent frame is up!
Our groundskeepers have been mowing with the Woods Batwing this summer. They tell us "It cuts better than anything we've had before and mows our ditches with ease."

We use a Woods Batwing on our grounds. With the deepest decks in the industry, Batwings can power through farm, ranch or utility cutting, waterway upkeep or roadside maintenance.

Case IH broke ground on a 5,500 square foot Wick and Custom Design facility at Progress City USA, home to the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois, every other year. The facility will be a general open display area that will showcase Case IH product specialists, equipment, and provide a venue for the exchange of information and ideas with clients during the Farm Progress Show. In the off years the facility will allow for training presentations and customer appreciation events.

Macon County Environmental Management is hosting a Consumer Electronics Recycling Event at Progress City, USA on Saturday, October 3 from 9am-1pm. Enter at Gate 3 off Mound Road.
Up to 10 consumer electronics items will be accepted from each vehicle, including:
Televisions & monitors (TVs & monitors with broken glass or a broken tube will not be accepted)
Computers, laptops & peripherals
Printers
Control boxes, receivers, consoles & controls for games, satellites, cable TV, media players, etc.
Video recorders & players
Phones, tablets & accessories
