I haven't introduced myself on here for a while so I thought I'd do that again. A big warm hello to all of you My name is Kimi and I'm the woman behind Bodacious Braids.

When I was 9 years old I fell in love with braiding. I started receiving clientele at 16 (pre social media days✨) and after graduating college and eventually realizing I couldn’t suppress my passion and desire to create anymore; in 2018 I decided to go for it and Bodacious Braids was born.

I spend most of my days braiding and love every minute of it. For me, what I do is so much more than just a job, it's something I picture myself doing for years to come because it allows me to create using your hair as my medium and I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I'm also a mom and obsessed with family, cooking, and art in my free time.
