Unit freezing up due to poor air flow through evaporator coil. Missing air return filter. Filters are essential for proper performance!! Seasonal maintenance cost for us to perform is $150. Other companies charging $49 or around that number are just trying to get in your door and up-charge you or sell you a new unit. We are honest and transparent. 423-453-2001

This full install took 2 days start 2 finish 2 ton Ameristar by American Standard gas package unit ductwork & all!! This house was built in 1949 and never had central ac but that was no problem for EZ Breeze! Glad we could take care of your ac needs!
