GOOD MORNING ☀️ Busy day ahead & I can’t wait!!!

Lately, I’ve been making it to Pilates reformer classes at Redzone whenever I can in the mornings. They’ve been absolutely kicking my butt, but I’m having so much fun with them!

Grabbed a Namken Protein Coffee afterward, and now I’m headed into a BUSY day.

🏡 First stop: Mattoon to meet a seller and pick up keys for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home hitting the market this week at an awesome price!

🏡 Then off to Bethany for a listing appointment at an adorable home.

After that, it’s office time to process contracts for TWO new listings that officially went under contract yesterday (Fair St. in Decatur and Railroad in Lovington) Woohoo!

Then more office work, emails, and all the behind the scenes fun.

And finally, showings with buyers this afternoon in Decatur!

Last week, my clients officially closed on their beautiful new home in G**s. 🏡🤍 We had been searching on and off for the past couple of years trying to find the perfect property. They had their hearts set on acreage, and if you know this area, you know how hard that can be to come by. The moment this one came up, we all knew it was the one they had been waiting for!

The Kauffman family is truly the sweetest, and getting to be part of this journey with them has been such a joy. Seeing families find a place where they can slow down, spread out, and build memories together is one of the best parts of this job. 🥹
