Dunkin on 121 is getting closer!

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿, 𝗜𝗟 – More progress on Dunkin on Rt. 121.

𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻, 𝗜𝗟 – Starting another Dollar General!

𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘃𝘂𝗲, 𝗜𝗟 – Another new Dollar General completed!

𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗟 – Concrete poured at another new Dollar General.

𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗲 project updates. In this picture you can see framing and electrical rough-in for the units. If you look closely at the electrical boxes you can see the fire stop putty applied to meet fire code.

More progress on the 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗲 project, a 20 unit group home complex on the north side of Decatur. The blue board is sound attenuation drywall being installed in the corridors - this reduces noise and creates a quieter environment.

The landscaping has been installed at the Dollar General in Mt. Zion, IL, so it's looking better all the time!

Dollar General, Multiple Locations — Building Systems of Illinois As of early 2023, we've completed almost 50 buildouts for Dollar General Stores in Illinois and surrounding states.

We're currently starting drywall installation on the 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗲 project. This is a 20 unit group home complex on the north side of Decatur.

No we don't do any residential work. We offer construction and remodeling for multi-family housing units, but not for individual homes.
