Happy Memorial Day

This weekend we remember and honor those who sacrificed everything. We wish you, your friends, and your family a safe holiday weekend.

We will be closed Monday, May 31st in remembrance of those who have served and continue to serve in the armed forces.

We are letting everyone know to take into account the extreme low temps we are expected to see and the sustained timeframe we are expected to see those temps occur. Please take some or all of these precautions (as applies) to help avoid the freezing & busting of your water lines:

-cover all hose bibs on the exterior of the home
-open cabinet doors under sinks on exterior walls, especially north facing walls
-leave water trickling at a bathroom sink to allow the water in your lines to continuously flow. If you are on a water well, this will also force your system to cycle throughout the day and night helping to prevent freezes
-for water well systems, insulate or wrap any exposed water lines inside the water well house (or provide a heating device while being sure to avoid any potentially hazardous fire or exhaust ventilation situations)
-for water well systems, cover your wellhead with blankets or other insulation to help trap ground heat & avoid freezes at the wellhead
-leave your hot water circulating system running if you have one
-if a system is not in use, turn it off and drain it
