Zach Weidman Bowling

I got off to a slow start in round one here in Decatur, but came up with a good plan for yesterday and executed really well to sneak inside the cut! We have 6 more games at 11 to get inside the top 24 for match play. Follow along on PBA.com and watch on BowlTV!

The US Open humbles you when you least expect it. I had a great day on the lanes yesterday where I felt like I executed about as well as I could. The first 3 games this morning I executed about as bad as I could. I’m gonna need a big night tomorrow on another demanding pattern. Thanks to everyone for the support so far this week!

After a 53rd place finish at the Pete Weber Missouri Classic, I have my eyes set on the US Open next week. I’ll be on B squad and I’ll be bowling in the 4 PM Pro AM tomorrow! Come out and show your support for professional bowling this week!

After 16 games here in Bluffton I came up just short of the step ladder in 5th place. I did secure my spot into the RPI in Reno! Some missed spares game 8 yesterday and poor shot making early on this morning cost me. Congrats to Graham on the win and thanks to the Tacketts for being great hosts!

I finished 3rd today at Pinheads. I lost in the round of 4 to the eventual champion Even Genz. He bowled great and figured out a really tricky pair. I did manage to shoot my 2nd PBA 300 in the round of 8! Next up is the RPI qualifier in Bluffton October 4th and 5th.

I qualified 1st here at Pinheads!! My 16 # Hammer Black Pearl Urethane did most of the heavy lifting. I have a bye into the round of 8 for match play that starts at 10AM tomorrow.
