Mikuni BDSR32 rack from a Royal Star Venture. V4 carburetors are a plumbing nightmare. Four bodies squeezed into a tight engine valley, connected by plastic crossover tubes that love to rot and leak fuel all over the hot block. Most shops look at these and turn the job away. I don't. Stripped this rack down to the bare castings, ran them through the ultrasonic bath, pressed in fresh joint seals, and dialed in a precision bench sync.
Starting soon, I'm opening up a dedicated mail-in and carry-in bench for loose carburetor rebuilds. If you have a multi-cylinder metric Japanese or European bank that’s varnished shut from sitting, box it up and ship it over. No whole bikes for this service, and under no circumstances will I touch a Harley or Chinese-manufactured scooter. Send me your loose iron, and I will ship it back sealed, clean, and synced to factory tolerances.

* "I have this massive 2006 Yamaha Royal Star on my lift for a full sitting recovery. The carbs were leaking fuel out of the air box on drop-off. Time for open-heart surgery on this liquid-cooled V4 carb rack.

🔧 SPLITTING THE V4 CARBS: Open-heart surgery on the 2006 Yamaha Royal Star. The carbs were pouring gas on drop-off. Doing a complete rebuild, ultrasonic dip, and changing out those ancient dried-out rubber fuel joint seals with brand new Yamaha OEM parts. Satisfying bench work.
