A few weeks after photographing this property, Chris Harrison, Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Revolution reached back out looking for a fresh way to market it.
We discussed a few ideas, brainstormed together, and landed on a video concept designed to do more than just show the home - it highlights the property’s strongest features while creating a more engaging experience for potential buyers.
This project was a great reminder that effective real estate marketing isn’t just about photos or video alone. It’s about finding the right combination of tools to tell the story of a property and help it stand out.

Real estate photography took me to Champaign today, and between shoots I was trying to stay ahead of a storm.
This was the view over Kirby Road.
It wasn’t on the shot list, but sometimes the most memorable photos are the ones that show up unexpectedly. 🌩️📸
Blake Reynolds called and wanted a video for one of his listings. I said, “Trust me, we need to use a Justin Bieber song.”
Despite what he says in the video, he was completely on board with the idea.
We filmed it, had a blast, and then Blake did what Blake does best… sold the house before I even finished editing the video. 😂
