This year’s ETP Business Retreat was an experience I’ll be reflecting on for a long time. Huge thank you to Tim Sawhook & Lesley Sawhook for creating an environment where we could learn, connect, and grow together.

From collaborating with talented travel advisors and outstanding supplier partners to themed nights, friendly competition at Universal Orlando, and plenty of laughs along the way, every moment reminded me why I love this industry and the people in it.

The biggest takeaway wasn’t just the fun we had—it was the knowledge, relationships, and fresh perspective I gained. Every conversation, training session, and shared experience will help me provide an even higher level of service for my clients.
