How can the great customers of Evergreen Auction Service be of assistance? I'm asking for a cash donation, for each $100 in cash donations that can probably be turned into at least $150. Amounts totalling under $100 will be a straight out donation. If you have any questions please reach out. Donations don't need to be in $100 increments, any amount is welcome.

47 years ago Evergreen Auction Service was started. It was started on the 2nd anniversary of my dad's passing. If it hadn't been for my dad telling me not to count on those auctions to make a living, I never would have started the business.. many thanks to all the customers who have allowed me to conduct their auctions, or to the customers who have attended and bought from those auctions. As close as I can figure during that 47 years there have been approximately 8,500 auctions conducted.

Got word this afternoon a long time customer BRUCE MOSER, from almost when I started Evergreen Auction Service has passed away.

Happy 96th Birthday to legendary American country music singer and auctioneer, Leroy Van D**e! Born on October 4, 1929, he is known for his 1956 hit "The Auctioneer" and the 1961 country-pop crossover smash "Walk On By," which topped the charts for 19 weeks.

Imagine this -- 2 days of auctions. Auctions where the locks are cut in front of you, just prior to bidding on them. You can do the "sniff" test, you can look at the units with your own flashlight.

Both auctions start at 10 am with bidder registration from about 930

Tuesday August 19th Alan Heated Mini Storage 1106 Sicklesteel Lane Mount Vernon. Currently 10 units, with the possibility of more. Last auction here was June of 2024.

Wednesday August 20th Mini Max Storage 2656 15th Ave W Seattle (just south of the Ballard bridge). 4 units plus 3 vehicles with the possibility of more. Last auction here was November of 2015. Just got word this morning another 4 units added to this auction.

Cash or bank card with 3% convenience fee plus 10% buyers premium and applicable sales tax. $100 (CASH ONLY) per unit cleaning deposit, fully refundable upon emptying the unit and sweeping it out.

If you haven't been to a live auction in a while, come on out and have some fun. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the auctions.
