We have finished working with our update please notice anyone who switched to vmax tv go can’t used the old application anymore

Anyone who wants the same application to work please try now and let us know if the issue is solved if not you must text or call us to set up a date so you can drop of the box for us to update it manually .

Any customer who have boxes that is 2018 and older means 2017 2016 and so on must consider updating the box as well . Have questions text us here

Dear customers
By now most of you will have the new application and the accounts transffered to the new system . Only if your box or application stopped working .

From now on we will ask who is your provider to make sure to give you the right system so you won't have to deal with this issue agian .

For the customers that had issues and the system stopped with them we highly recommend you to switch providers and we can tell you which one to choose

We are transferring all old applications and accounts to a new system , please if your iptv is not working contact us . Only if you have boxes 3 years old . Any boxes more then 3 years you must upgrade or contact us to find the right solution

We are on top of the issue causing some of you with current provider not able to watch on your boxes . We are working on solving any issues from our side that might help you to watch TV agian , if we need the boxes in hand we will let you know please be patient with us since this is not easy to fix we will update you on any next steps we need to do .

Dear customers

We are sorry for any issues you are having however this is not under our control . As we promised we have updated the server to see if we can fix the issue if there was any issues from us . We would like you to try opening your live tv application now and see if it worked . As we have been told one internet provider having issues with there server and modems that won’t let you watch live tv . This could be very frustrating since they sent updates to the modems it must be the cause and they changed the setting of your modem . Please make sure your WSP SECURITY in low level and make sure there is no limited use of your internet this depend on what provider you have so you must go inside the modem setting and check everything there . No reset of your modem won’t help you must log in to the setting of your modem to check if this is changed . It is against the law to change your internet setting without letting you know so please if you have this provider we recommend you to change it so you won’t have any issues anymore .

We have notice an issue with few customers with live TV application not loading or black screen , we came to conclusion that this issue is not from our server , not all customers have this issue only customers who have a current internet provider have the issue, we recommend you connect the box to a Hotspot or different provider if possible to watch TV until this provider fix the issue , agian this issue is not from our server all boxes and applications are working perfectly. Check with your provider if you have any issues or dm us to tell you which provider is good and which is not

We will be doing over night update and will be on top of the issue. This update will fix any bugs and will solve any issue we might face in future stay safe and we will let you know when we finish the update .
