Our products are made in U.S.A., uniquely designed, customized and hand crafted with a double nylon machine stitch. This is accomplished by blending art with functionality, to create products with a distinctive style, but also of superior quality and durability. U.C.L selects the best leather, dyes and hardware. Our Story
Leather crafts have always been of interest to me. My first experience with leather-work was during a visit to a Detroit crafts shop in the 70's. I purchased some raw leather, a couple stamps, a hammer and some dye. It instantly became my new found passion.
I started to draw upon other inspirations in my life to create pieces. It was important that I created something beautiful, functional, and that would also last a very long time.
It's been many years since and my passion is still strong. I select quality leather and material, and continue perfecting my technique through handcrafting each piece. The end result is distinct, durable, and custom to your needs. The most rewarding aspect is knowing your satisfaction in my craftsmanship.
