Freedom1 is a local family owned and operated business, we are Looking for an experienced intermodal dispatcher to add to our growing team, the Schedule would be Mon-fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Office setting, clean quiet environment. Anyone who has worked with containers before would be ideal so they know railroad procedures, empty/loaded container on hiiring/terminations but We offer training as well. Pay is based on experience:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Understanding of intermodal procedures for empty/loaded containers

-Knowledge of intermodal rail operations and pool chassis management system

-Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads, dispatch loads to drivers

-Update Transportation Management System with current shipment information.

-Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail

-Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.

Looking for a full time trucking Dispatcher. Pay $700-$1000 per week based on experience.

We are Looking for experienced local owner operators and company drivers in the metro detroit area, experience in container work is preferred but it is not required.
