The boys are buzzin heading into the NCAA tournament! At this point in the season the off-ice exercises and intensities change, but the grind never stops. Our year-round training progression is based on one primary goal…to peak in the playoffs! GKP
With an unmatched work ethic off the ice, Courtnie and Natalie are two of the most decorated players in SNC Women’s Hockey history, helping the program win its first ever NCHA regular season championship as well as the 2025 Slaats Cup Trophy and the automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament. Congrats to the entire Green Knights squad on an incredible season, but it ain’t over yet!

Shout out to Murphy Beyer in his quest to win a state title in the 150-pound weight class at the WIAA State Wrestling Championships this weekend…he’s got our vote and deserves yours too! Best of luck him and the rest of the Freedom Wrestling crew!

Shoutout to one of our most dedicated athletes, Ryker Thomas. Team captain for NDA hockey and an absolute beast in the gym. We’re grateful for his 8 years of loyalty and we’re excited to continue to watch his success on his hockey journey!
Our OG members have watched Lily grow up at the gym, from sleeping in her stroller while mama lifts to watching dad train from her playpen. Now she’s filming tours 👑 with Kendall Casey Social
