We’re excited to share that ThedaCare Medical Center–Oshkosh is officially opening its doors.
This new health campus brings convenient, local access to care for families across the region. Care teams will welcome their first patients on Monday, January 19, 2026.
Located at 250 W. 6th Avenue along the Fox River, the campus supports Oshkosh’s ongoing downtown revitalization. The Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, set to open in 2026, will serve as an impressive new headquarters and state-of-the-art training facility for the U.S. Soccer Federation. The center will feature more than 12 outdoor soccer fields and 100,000 square feet of indoor courts to support all 27 U.S. Soccer National Teams. Additionally, it will include over 200,000 square feet of facilities, including locker rooms, meeting spaces, and much more.
Foster Structural Solutions contributed to this phenomenal addition to the U.S. Soccer Federation by providing engineering calculations for both the curtain wall and storefront framing of the building on the new campus. This project was especially exciting for FSS, as we spend many hours each week at the soccer field ourselves.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
The gorgeous newly renovated, $40.4 million Appleton Public Library will be opening this Saturday. There have been many upgrades and changes to the library, including an updated children's area community gathering rooms, creating rooms, and much more. This renovation will be beneficial to many in the Appleton community.
One of the goals for the renovation was to add natural light to the building. Foster Structural Solutions contributed to that goal by providing delegated design services for the new glazed facade. Additional scope included engineering of the steel structure for the entrance canopy and the attachment to the curtain wall.
