Hi Vegles, we are back and hope you all are doing well! While we’re still in the process of becoming an official club on campus, we’re very happy to see the growth of vegetarian and vegan options around campus.
Did you know that Propellers now has a veggie breakfast flatbread option? The vegetarian flatbread consists of plant-based eggs from Just Egg, spinach, peppers, and dairy-based American cheese. You can make it vegan by asking for no cheese.
