For 25 years, Suzanne Eichler has helped connect Embry-Riddle students, faculty, and staff with the resources they need to learn, research, and succeed. While the campus has grown tremendously since she arrived, one thing has remained constant: the people. She says, our faculty and staff all have one goal, helping our students be successful.

As a library liaison, Suzanne has witnessed the remarkable growth of academic programs and helped evolve library services to support both Daytona Beach and Worldwide students. That commitment to accessibility and innovation proved invaluable when the university quickly adapted to remote learning during the pandemic.

What inspires her most are the students. “I used to say our students are going to change the world. Now I say they ARE changing the world.” She loves learning about their groundbreaking research, ambitious goals, and passion for making a difference.

Her advice to new employees is simple: be adaptable, communicate well, and recognize the people around you. “We are all part of a great big puzzle – every single person and position contributes to the success of our students, so acknowledge those that help you do that.”

And one fun fact? Suzanne is a devoted hippo enthusiast and member of an international hippo lovers group that gathers around the world to visit zoos and celebrate their favorite animal. 🦛💙

Thank you, Suzanne, for 25 years of service, support, and dedication to the Embry-Riddle community. 🦅

For Toni Savidge, joining Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University was an easy decision. As someone who has always valued education, she was drawn to the university's strong reputation, commitment to learning, and the opportunities it offered. More than 35 years later, she still feels the same pride in being part of the Embry-Riddle community.

One of Toni's favorite milestones is reaching her 35th anniversary and reflecting on the countless students whose journeys she has witnessed along the way. Knowing they are out in the world making meaningful contributions and achieving success is one of the most rewarding parts of her career.

What has kept her here all these years? The people. “The students, faculty, and staff. We become a family. What could be better than that?”

Thank you, Toni, for your dedication, service, and the lasting impact you've made on the Embry-Riddle community. 💙🦅
