Make sure you check out Daily Dose Caffè Dayton - in the Wright Dunbar Discovery District, located right off of N. Williams St. We will not tell you how good everything in there is, you need to experience it! We have loved being able to walk down from the Townes for a quick bite and coffee or smoothie!
We cannot wait until the stairs are set in the new Maple and Elm floor plans at the Gables! We have a few extra hard hats in our model home to take a look. Only in the month of August, all appliances are included for this newest build!

We now have green grass on these sold new builds in the Wright Dunbar neighborhood! We are working on perfecting the interior as we speak. Giving keys early this fall!
