Got this one done today! Crawl spaces are definitely not my friend lol removed and old Burnham pin boiler and installed a pure pro trio triple pass boiler with outdoor reset! Already 10% better combustion efficiency vs the old Burnham we took our! Running at 88% right now and they should see ever more fuel savings with the outdoor reset!

Got rid of this abomination before we had a serious oil leak! Poured a nice thick pad for our new tank so the legs wouldn't be in the dirt and ran a new oil line back to the burner.

This weeks boiler install helped out a fellow heating contractor in Winslow on this one. The old boiler was wildly inefficient. Gravity heated the second floor due to no circulator on the system. Customer will enjoy the fuel savings of this triple pass boiler.

This customer had an abandoned oil tank (silver tank) in her basement she thought was empty. Luckily for her we got it out of there just in time to prevent a leak that could have resulted in an expensive clean up fee from the DEP! Tank got a pin hole underneath as we were cutting it in half for removal. If your tank is showing signs of severe rust on the underside or wet stains it's a very good idea to be thinking about replacement as clean up fees due to negligence can be extremely costly.
