We are pleased to recognize and celebrate our May honorees: Shawana Mackey, Program Manager, as our Administrative Employee of the Month, and Emily Carter as our Direct Support Professional of the Month. 🎉

Since becoming a Program Manager almost two years ago, Shawana has demonstrated growth in leadership performance. Although personal challenges have arisen, Shawana shows up 100% without complaint. Beginning her journey as a Direct Support Professional and now serving as a Program Manager, she continues to bring professionalism to her home.

Emily has been with CICL for less than one year and shows genuine joy in the care she provides. Her ability to connect with the individuals she services without complaint does not go unnoticed.
