Had you asked me what I loved most 4 years ago… it would have likely been weather. And while I still fancy the science daily…
Below is the true meaning of love.
There is NOTHING more in this world I love more!

This little princess met Belle for the first time!
Belle is the perfect princess for our little lady simply because she loves her “bookies” and “neigh neighs”. But truly to be the most realistic princess 😉
Momma and dada will teach you the true values of life. Loving everyone, through growth to become better… even through the hard times. Seeing the beauty within the beast ♥️
By the way there were a lot of firsts.
She got her nails painted for the first time.
Played dress up for the first time.
Danced with other princesses for the first time.
Next chance for heavy rain….
7 days from now.
☀️♥️That is all ♥️☀️

Who’s hungry?
I know it’s the AM hours but my schedule says it’s dinner time.
Here’s your recipe.
Chicken Parmesan with a Romesco sauce
Sauce:
Cut up a red pepper
Chop garlic to your liking
Throw a few tomatoes on the same cooking tray
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast it all until the skins are crispy
Toss a cup of walnuts a cup of tomato sauce and sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes and paprika as well as your roasted peppers and tomatoes into a good blender. A 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil and a splash of cooking red wine vinegar. Blend it up and you’re done!
Finally…
Bread your chicken with an Italian breadcrumb and grated Parmesan. Fry it up and top it with fresh mozzarella and roast it until the cheese is golden.
Simple and delicious 🤤
Enjoy!
I hear ALL the time… “must be nice to get paid to be wrong”
But here’s a little twist for you…
I know how hard meteorologists work to make sure you are safe during a severe weather situation ♥️
What a morning after all the rain.
Check out this timelapse of the fog over the Dayton skyline.
Hopping on the horror movie trend.
Yeah I know October is months away, but I’m an October baby and I love spooky season.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m happy it’s sunny and warm. I won’t complain.

7 years ago I called my dad from West Palm Beach Florida. I called with concern telling him that the storms that night look like they could be rough.
Later that night I called him again telling them we need to make sure grandma and grandpa are ok because there’s a tornado on the ground near Richmond.
That same tornado moved over the Darke co line and went just south of my sister’s house.
Called my dad back again because the tornado strengthened and took a dive SE. Never a good sign. I said to my dad… and I quote, “I’d be surprised if the church is still standing”
My dad is the pastor of Northridge Wesleyan Church on N. Dixie. In case you didn’t know.
We stayed on the phone as I watched the radar show that EF4 tornado roll down N. Dixie and take the family center and half the church building.
About that time, my dad had to take another call from a church member who said she and her neighbors were OK, but she was looking up at the sky from her bedroom and that her neighbors roof was in her pool… after all of that, she had a sense of humor.
Thankfully no one was hurt in this particular tornado. The strongest of the 15 that touched down in the Valley.
But we look back at this day and remember the stress and the hurt we all felt, but look forward to see how such a community has come together and strengthened.
I will ALWAYS love the Miami Valley!
Old Mill Creek spilled over its bank and moving FAST. Do not get close to these situations! Let’s avoid death!
