My mom’s cousin, Gina Neely sent me these photos of her road. She says, “This is our road. We can’t get out anywhere, Cambridge City had to evacuate most of the town”

1032 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in Numerous flooded roads across the warned area, with up to 5 feet of water in Cambridge City. Between 3.5 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Cambridge City, Brownsville and Dunlapsville Indiana. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Training storms causing flooding across Indiana and now moving into the Miami Valley. Reports of over 2 inches of rain in Darke Co. Additional rainfall in upwards to 2 more inches possible.
This will continue through the afternoon and early evening.

Small creeks and riverbeds will spill over.

PER Mercer Co. EM reports quarter (1") sized hail an inch in diameter confirming a severe thunderstorm in parts of Mercer Co.
This cell is slowly moving SE at 45 mph and will impact SW Auglaize and northern Shelby Co.

CONSIDERABLE FLASH FLOODING in Henry Co and Rush Co IN due to steady heavy rains. Reports of waist high water in New Castle, IN AND SR3 is impassable.
Please turn around and find a different route.
Looks like a wild shelf cloud out of Vandalia at the Dayton International Airport!
