1032 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in Numerous flooded roads across the warned area, with up to 5 feet of water in Cambridge City. Between 3.5 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Cambridge City, Brownsville and Dunlapsville Indiana. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

Training storms causing flooding across Indiana and now moving into the Miami Valley. Reports of over 2 inches of rain in Darke Co. Additional rainfall in upwards to 2 more inches possible.
This will continue through the afternoon and early evening.

PER Mercer Co. EM reports quarter (1") sized hail an inch in diameter confirming a severe thunderstorm in parts of Mercer Co.
This cell is slowly moving SE at 45 mph and will impact SW Auglaize and northern Shelby Co.

Looks like a wild shelf cloud out of Vandalia at the Dayton International Airport!
