Well we’ve all gained a pound or six since being quarantined and we the Young Aduly Ministry is challenging you to shed those pounds. Let’s go from Flab to Fab during this 8 week workout challenge.

Sign up will be available June 7th during weigh in at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Remember it’s not a competition it’s about maintaining great health.
