Anyway, my temps stayed strong in that beast! Looking good for my orders tonight!
It wasn't supposed to rain yet! We'll try to get it all done! Might have to fire up the Horizon Smokers equipment, at least that's under a pergola.

I think every time I fire up my 20" Icon is my favorite moment. It lights fast, it burns down to coals, and soon enough I'm off and running. Best smoker I've ever owned. Shout-out to Roger for making such a quality product!
