Hmong in Health

part 2 post of our Hmong Health Conference this year. Thank you to all the attendees, mentors, and Hmong in Health officers for bringing this conference to life!

From April 27th, 2024 to April 28th, 2024 Hmong in Health hosted our annual Hmong Health Conference where we gave high schoolers and undergraduate students the opportunity to learn more about different healthcare pathways. Our 2 day and 1 night conference consisted of a variety of presentations, hands-on workshops, and guest speaker panels.

We’d like to thank our sponsors, donators, guest speakers, volunteers, mentors, and attendees for supporting Hmong Health Conference 2024. We look forward to continuing hosting HHC in the years to come!

Apply to be a volunteer at Hmong Health Conference 2024! As a volunteer, you will help serve food, set up events and workshops, clean up, and assist mentors if needed. Gain volunteer hours and help us run a successful conference! We highly encourage UC Davis and CSU Sacramento students to apply!

Hmong in Health at UC Davis is excited to announce our annual Hmong Health Conference (HHC)! The theme for HHC 2024 is “Our Stories: the Future of Healthcare”. This is a FREE event for high school and undergraduate students interested in learning more about the different career paths within the healthcare system. The conference is a 2-day event, held from 9am-9pm on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 to 9am-5pm on Sunday, April 28th, 2024 on the UC Davis Campus.

Only students who apply AND are accepted may attend the conference. There is also an optional scholarship opportunity included in the application. Applications are now open and spots are limited, so apply early! Please feel free to contact me via email for any questions or concerns.
