Yesterday, Microsoft experienced a widespread service disruption affecting Microsoft 365 email and other products.
Outage reports spiked around 2:40 p.m. EST, impacting organizations globally. Microsoft has since confirmed that the issue was fully resolved as of approximately 1:30 a.m. EST, and services are now operating normally.
If email or Microsoft 365 services were unavailable or inconsistent yesterday, this outage was the cause.

Happy Thanksgiving
I’m grateful for my team. This was our busiest year yet, and they handled every challenge with the same focus and commitment that keep our clients running strong.
A big thank you to our clients. Your referrals brought us more new business than ever, and that trust means everything.
Here are a few pictures from this past Thursday. The Thursday before Thanksgiving has become our “Techsgiving,” a day to celebrate our team and all the work they put in.
If you’re not a client yet but want to know what it’s like to work with us, I can connect you with someone who is. Don’t take my word for it.
Grateful for all of you. Enjoy the holiday.

Taking care of our clients is what we do best. It allows us to support our community in meaningful ways.
This weekend we were proud to be a corporate sponsor of the Becker Strong 5K and to have several of our team members out on the course representing Network Computer Pros. The race honors the late principal Robert Becker (“Mr. B”) and raises funds for sarcoma research and student scholarships.

We wear pink with purpose. 💗 Our team at Network Computer Pros proudly supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Early detection saves lives, so let’s keep spreading awareness and supporting the cause.
Big thanks to Thayer and the team at Howl at the Moon
for giving Network Computer Pros an unforgettable night.
From our own bartender who took great care of everyone, to the staff member who kept our area private like our own bouncer, to the chef who made sure the food never stopped coming—it was a first-class experience from start to finish.
We even had our own drink, the “Blue Screen.” Perfect name, perfect night.
They topped it off with a hilarious custom song about our company. If you need a good laugh, check out the video below.
At Network Computer Pros, we like to work hard—and have fun too. This was the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic third quarter.

Scammers are targeting seniors—and it’s getting worse.
People over 60 are now the main victims of a nasty new scam that tricks them into handing over their life savings. It’s a 3-step con:
1. Fake call from “law enforcement” or “tech support”
2. Claim their bank account’s at risk
3. Pressure them to move money to a “safe” account that’s actually controlled by the scammer
By the time anyone realizes what happened, the money’s gone.
This is personal. If you have aging parents, grandparents, or clients—talk to them. Walk them through these tactics. The scammers are getting smarter, more convincing, and more aggressive.
Here’s the article:

FBI, cybersecurity experts warn of 3-phase scam that is draining bank accounts “Victims often suffer the loss of entire banking, savings, retirement, or investment accounts under the guise of ‘protecting’ their assets,” the FBI said in a news release.
