In 2023, I worked with a client who, during our session, connected to a deep knowing that her husband would pass. She didn’t know when or how—but her body, her intuition, and her subconscious were already holding that truth.

Together, we created space for her to gently begin grieving… to process the unimaginable before it arrived… to strengthen her nervous system and her support within.

Last week, her husband took his life.

There are no words that can fully hold something like this. But I keep coming back to the quiet power of that session—the way her system knew, and the way she allowed herself to prepare in the only way she could at the time.

This work is not about predicting the future. It’s about creating safety within the body to face what feels impossible… and to meet life with more capacity, more presence, and more compassion for ourselves.
