After 5 wonderful years, the studio will be closing its doors this Friday, 9/29.

The entire studio community will be missed — including all the people who have walked through its doors, as well as the amazing instructors who teach with joy and passion every single day!

I’m so very grateful I’ve had the opportunity to get to know so many of those people, and be able to watch connections and friendships develop both in and outside the studio.

⁣We have a fun and exciting announcement! We just added 3 weekly yoga classes to our schedule that will be taught by our new yoga instructor Clare Rose! Even better….. to kick things off, all classes during the week of 7/29 are FREE!!! Spots are limited, so signing up is recommended. Check out the schedule….⠀

One of my favorite times of year is Christmas in Davidson, and one of the best parts of that weekend is the Giving Tree Village! We are so happy to sponsor Cats of Davidson this year, and help spread the word about what they do to care for and find forever homes for so many sweet kittens and cats in our community. Our family adopted a kitten from them in 2022! Come check out their tree, and all the other amazing trees decorated by other non-profits, and vote for your favorite beginning this Thursday at 6pm to help raise money for these amazing charity organizations!

This is just one example of what makes our studio special! Jamie, one of our instructors, had a birthday last week, and many of her clients (and instructors) made her feel so loved and appreciated 🥰 Our relationships with our clients often extend beyond just the studio … our clients often become our friends and are very near and dear to our hearts 💕 ⁣

We had these campers from in the studio today! Huge thanks to our instructors Jamie & Georgia for leading them through a fun hour of movement and activities! We love our little town ❤️!

Our instructor team at MVMT Studio deserves a huge shoutout! These talented, smart, beautiful women are the backbone of the studio, and it all wouldn’t be possible without their passion, commitment, and huge hearts! I finally got a chance to celebrate THEM last night… they give so much of themselves to their clients and their work, so it was their time for a little TLC. We kicked off the evening with a wonderful yoga class led by , followed by cocktails at , and finished up with dinner at .

What I love even more about these ladies is that they not only love and support their clients, but they also love and support each other. They are beautiful both inside and out, and I’m beyond grateful to have them as part of the MVMT team! ⁣

Happy International Women’s Day to all women out there! I want to give a special shoutout to my amazing team of instructors ~ Georgia, Katie, Beth, Donna and Jamie! I am honored and grateful to be surrounded by you ladies… you are an inspiration to me and to those you teach. You are phenomenal teachers, as well as thoughtful, kind, and strong women, both inside and out. If you’re lucky enough to know these ladies, show them some love in the comments!⁣
