Reports are that the flight went so well that Bill didn't want to land...until he bumped a rigid object :) Minor repairs (completely already) and awaiting clear weather for more flights.

We spend a lot of time going the extra mile to make the kits easy to build. Labeling is very important, so we take the tie to label parts properly, symmetrically for left and right components like wing ribs. The shear webs are cut to fit exactly including the ever-so-slight taper. To make certain you put the thinner end toward the tip, note the arrows.

Here are components for the next 6 kits going out the door. Note how nicely the parts separated from the scrap. We don't leave them in sheets for one main reason: shipping costs. Heavier, bulkier means more $$$. We also do it to squeeze more parts into a sheet, and sometimes that means 1-2 sheets might contain parts for 3 kits, all mixed together to minimize waste.
