GREAT camp with Kelsie and some of her students. Kelsie‘s been an instructor here for a year. This group was unable to attend one of our summer camps so we squeezed in a day camp! Thanks to our other instructor, Gail, for giving up the arena!

Got Treats? Horses like snacks too! JJ stopped to check out lunches at camp and found an apple. Horses have individual tastes too. JJ’s favorite treat is a ginger snap cookie! JJ is one of our lesson horses🐴 ❤️💕

What are Dupont & JJ up to? They are mutual grooming. They are scratching each other and nibbling along the withers, crest, back and croup. Horses do this to bond with each other. They live by the philosophy you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours! 🐴
Sunset Ridge Stables in Davenport, IA is looking for a part time riding instructor to ad to our team. You would need to be dependable and hardworking. Pay will be based on experience.
