AgWorks Software, LLC
Developing integrated tools customized for ag retailers to manage and grow their businesses.
We are committed to providing innovative software products that manage agronomy needs. Our recent releases include sales management innovations, new tools for retail connectivity to farmers, and precision software.
One thing you gain working in ag technology is appreciation for how much coordination happens behind the scenes in ag retail.
The growers may see the application or recommendation, but there are dozens of operational decisions happening beforehand to make that possible.
The people managing those moving parts every day deserve a lot of credit.
We are fortunate to work alongside retailers who care deeply about serving growers well and keeping operations moving during demanding seasons.

Spring is a busy season with long hours, high pressure, and many moving parts. With traditional systems, mistakes can happen, such as applying the wrong chemicals, missing fields, or following outdated instructions. In The Field, our mobile app, provides a safety net for applicators. It shows them exactly where they are and what to apply, even when changes happen at the last minute. This ensures the job gets done correctly every time.

The biggest operational upgrade isn’t speed, it’s alignment. Are we all operating on the same version of data?
AgOS helps by getting everyone on the same platform. From there, you can count on clean orders, transparency with one source of truth, and overall there is less internal friction.
How many places could your team go to for the ‘same’ data in your operation today?

Most operations don’t struggle because people aren’t working hard. In fact, it’s usually the opposite. The team is working so hard to keep things moving that a lot of the extra steps never get noticed. Workarounds become normal. Double and triple-checking becomes routine. Tracking things down just becomes “part of the job.”
From the outside, it can look like everything is running fine. Without clear visibility into inventory, work orders, and what’s actually happening across the system, it’s hard to see how much effort it’s really taking to hold it all together.
What we’ve learned is that operational confidence doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from finally being able to see where things actually stand, what’s been applied, and what’s still in motion. Not filtered through layers of communication, not pieced together at the end of the day. Just clear, real-time visibility.
When you can truly see the operation, you don’t just work harder, you start working a whole lot smarter.
Talk to a branch manager long enough and you’ll hear the same frustrations:
“Where are we at on that job?”
“Do we actually have that product?”
“Why does this look different than what I was told?”
These aren’t big problems on their own, but stacked together they slow everything down.
The interesting part is what happens when those questions disappear. Not because the job got easier, but because the answers are already there.
Clear work orders, real product visibility, one place everyone’s working from, that’s how AgWorks is bringing teams together.

Most agronomy managers don’t ask for more software.
They ask for fewer phone calls asking for updates, fewer surprises at the end of the day, and a clearer picture of what’s actually happening across the operation.
One of the first things we hear after a team makes a switch to AgOS isn’t about features. It’s this: “I didn’t realize how much I couldn’t see before.”
Work orders stop living in pockets and on dashboards, inventory starts matching reality. Decisions don’t have to wait for a callback and it's not because everything got less complicated, but because it finally became visible.
What’s the one thing in your operation you wish you could see without asking someone for it?

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms they protected.
Usually around this time of year there’s a moment in most operations where things quietly pile up.
A work order gets completed, but doesn’t make it to billing right away. A blend gets adjusted, but not reflected everywhere it should be. A field gets applied but a grower isn’t notified.
What we’ve seen is that speed doesn’t come from moving faster. It comes from removing the gaps between steps and the holes in location communication. When the field, the office, and the systems are actually connected, work orders flow through, billing speed is increased, updates happen once.
Working with AgOS isn’t always a dramatic change, just a smoother way of doing business.

Meet Matt, the AgWorks President.
“I've been with AgWorks/McGregor Technologies for 15 years, and the progress in ag tech over that stretch has been incredible. Being in the middle of it is a great place to be.
As President and Director of Sales, I work across AgWorks/AgOS, FieldReveal, Stratum, and Premier Crop Systems. What I enjoy most is our incredible team, solving industry challenges, and working in ag retail, which is full of outstanding people.
This season I'm looking forward to our 2026 roadmap landing in customers' hands!
Outside of work, my wife and our four kids stay busy. Most weekends we're somewhere watching them compete. I also try and find time to get hunting and fishing in. Here's to a productive and safe spring season.”

Spring application season is always a race against time but retailers tell us their biggest hurdles aren’t just the weather. They’re juggling multiple locations and inefficient dispatching.
At AgWorks, we help streamline the flow of communication to take some of that pressure off so teams can focus on what really matters, getting the job done right.
