We are starting to offer our Electrical Engineering Design Services per hour or per project. We worked in Electrical Engineer Design over 10 years, we have experience in Electrical Design for Commercial, Restaurants, Retail/Warehouse, Residential, Aerospace & Industrial buildings.
Our experience is in Electrical Engineering Design over AutoCAD, Microstation and Revit; calculation and design Power, Lighting, Grounding, Lightning, Fire Alarm and Data and Voice Project (Structured Cabling for Buildings). All projects were designed using NFPA Standards (70, 72, 70E, 90A, 101 and 780), IBC 2017, NESC 2017, Energy code (ASHRAE 90.1) and Local Building Code.
We specialize in: Load Calculation, Lighting and Fixture Schedule, Power Plan, Electrical Details, One Line Riser Diagram, Electric Load Demand Service Size Calculation, Electrical General and Specification Notes, Kitchen or Any Special Equipment Schedule, HVAC & Plumbing Power Equipment Schedule, Refrigeration Power Equipment Schedule, Voltage Drop & Fault Current calculations, Transformer & Grounding sizing, Panel Schedules, Timeclock schematic, TCC Coordination Study with Dapper/SKM, Grounding System Design with ETAP and Lightning Protection Design.
Additionally, we offer Photometrics (using DIALux or AGI32) for Emergency Lighting Levels, General Indoor Lighting levels and Exterior Site Lighting levels for AHJ submit.
